✦ Payment Method► Payment is to be finished via Ko-fi(Preferred) or Paypal!
(Other modes of payment such as Cashapp/Venmo are accepted but not as first choice)
► Payment Plans are available.
You will not receive the finished artwork until the final payment has been sent.
►You can do installments or 50 upfront and 50 at the end of the completion of the work.
All payment plans are on a case by case basis.✦ Refunds► If refunds are given you the commissioner is not entitled to distribute, post or use the Works in Progress (WIPs) as references of any sort.
► Refunds can be refused if you have posted, intend to use our WIPs for any referencing.
► Refunds will not be given after the final products have been finished under any circumstances.
Payment Plans are never refundable.✦ Communication► All communication will be done through email.
Luna is in the time zone of Pacific Standard Time.
Please give 24 to 72 hours to respond to any inquiries. Weekends expect a longer delay. We shall do the same courtesy.
WIPs will be provided with our watermark, and will be sent through the area in which you the commissioner have contacted us through.✦ Revisions► During the sketch phase there are only 3 revisions given.
During the Lineart phase there are only 3 minor revisions given.
During the flat color phase there are only 2 revisions given. (This is to make sure the colors are to your liking before any shading is to be added)
► During the Shading Phase there are no more free revisions. Any additional revisions will be at $5-25 dollar additional cost depending on what is being asked to revise.✦ Time Frame► Each commission will be given its own time frame of when it is to be completed.
Typically time frames are between 1 to 4 weeks for each project. Bigger projects can take 1 to 3 months.
► Rush Orders
Are accepted by the will be an additional x2 of the base price.
The quickest turnaround time is between 1-2 weeks for small projects. 1 and half months for bigger projects.✦ Personal v. Commercial usage►Personal Commissions:Personal Commissions defined by Luna is as followed: This art is to be used for Original Character (OCs). For Dungeons and Dragons Campaigns, PFPs, etc. That is not used for any forms of monetary gain.
► Personal Commissions can't be used for any Streaming, Thumbnails, Promotion art, or anything which involves monetary gain. This is not limited to what is listed.► Commercial Commissions:Commercial Commissions are defined by Luna as follows: This art can be used for anything and can be used for anything that the Commissioner sees fit.
► Commercial Commissions are priced x2 the base prices for any commercial works.
► Commercial Commissions can't be resold unless you inform Luna first.
► NDAs are given case by case and will be honored until an agreed upon date by Luna and the Commissioner.✦ Artist Rights► We retain the right to refuse any commissioner for any reason.
We retain the right to use the work in our portfolio, unless NDA is agreed upon prior to the completion of the work. After the date of NDA ends we are allowed to post the work to our Portfolio.
► We expect our clients to not post WIPs on social media unless it has been approved by the Artist before the posting of a WIPs.
► No one is allowed to trace, recolor our works, unless you have brought Commercial Rights and you have contacted us first.
► All work must be credited! Via a tag (on twitter) or link to our Twitter of Carrd.
► Even with commercial rights, The Artist, Luna wishes to express that we don't want our works to be placed into any AI or any NFT Programs.✦ Commissioner Rights► You retain the right to any original ideas, references and works brought to us for your commissioned pieces!
